About Supervision
I offer online clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and other professionals working in support roles, in line with the BACP’s Ethical Framework.
I work in an integrative and collaborative way, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, narrative and cognitive approaches. I aim to create a space where you feel supported to reflect openly on your client work, and to develop greater clarity and insight into your relationships with both your clients and your work.
My approach to supervision is relational and reflective, while also supporting your development as a practitioner.
How I work
I draw on a range of supervision models, including the Queer seven-eyed model, Hawkins’ seven-eyed model, and Inskipp & Proctor’s framework.
In our sessions, we can explore all aspects of your work. This may include the client’s process, the therapeutic relationship, your own responses as a practitioner, the wider context of the work, and the supervisory relationship itself.
I see supervision as a space for reflection, support and development, somewhere to think through challenges, deepen your understanding, and also acknowledge the growth and change that takes place in your clients’ lives.
Who I work with
I primarily work with counsellors supporting adult clients and older young people (14+), as well as other professionals working in therapeutic or support roles.
Experience & Training
I have experience providing supervision to individual counsellors in both private practice and organisational settings, as well as facilitating groups of trainee and qualified counsellors and other frontline staff, including youth and sexual health workers.
I previously worked as Counselling Services Manager for METRO Charity, where I led services supporting LGBTQ+ communities, people living with or affected by HIV, and families. I have also worked as a consultant to organisations, with a focus on safeguarding, community wellbeing and supporting people in crisis.
I am also a qualified secondary school teacher.
Fees
Supervision rates: £60 per hour, £90 for 90 minutes.
